Job description

To assist in the day to day operation of the maintenance work at the condo

To assist residents in the maintenence and sinking fund

To ensure smooth running of all the faciliites in the condo

To conduct monthly meetings with council

To conduct yearly AGM

To assist and work on the budget required on the yearly maintenance

Ensure that all works are in accordance with the contract signed with the vendor

To get quotation and comparisons for the council in the renewal of vendor contracts

filing and maintain all the necessary paper work for the condo
