Job summary

Responsibilities include managing delivery schedules, resolving customer issues, and building positive relationships. This role requires proactivity in customer follow-up and assistance in generating leads. Travel within Singapore, particularly to the west, is necessary for this position.

Responsibilities

  • Addressing customer inquiries about concrete products, specifications, and delivery schedules.
  • Identifying potential customers in the construction and renovation industries.
  • Providing technical advice, recommendations, and solutions related to concrete products.
  • Addressing customer concerns and complaints related to concrete orders and deliveries.
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers.
  • Assisting sales managers and teams in achieving sales targets.
  • Performing marketing/cold-calls to generate leads.
  • Communicating with customer office and site to discuss delivery requirements.
  • Contacting customers with advanced bookings to encourage timely starts.
  • Reaching out to customers who have not placed orders for three or more consecutive days.
