The role includes managing concierge duties, providing personalized shopping recommendations, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for passengers. Candidates should possess a minimum of GCE 'N' Level and have at least one year of experience in customer service or retail. Flexibility for rotating shifts is required.

Qualifications

• Strong team player with ability to adapt to fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
