Job summary

A leading service provider in Singapore seeks a dedicated individual to assist travellers at the World’s Best Airport. The role includes managing concierge duties, providing personalized shopping recommendations, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for passengers. Candidates should possess a minimum of GCE 'N' Level and have at least one year of experience in customer service or retail. Flexibility for rotating shifts is required.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of customer service or retail experience.
  • Strong team player with ability to adapt to fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Manage concierge duties efficiently.
  • Guide guests with wayfinding throughout the premises.
  • Provide personalized shopping recommendations.
  • Share detailed brand and product information.
  • Inform passengers about ongoing promotions and special offers.
  • Address retail inquiries from passengers promptly and professionally.
  • Interact with passengers via face-to-face communication, messages, video, and live chat.
  • Ensure a personalized and positive shopping experience for all passengers.
  • Maintain exceptional customer service in all interactions.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as needed to ensure smooth concierge operations.
