Job Description
  • Welcome and greet customers and members in a professional manner in accordance to the stipulated SOP;
  • Be familiar and well-versed with the floor plans, facilities, services and nearby amenities to guide and direct customers;
  • Assist tenants and members on set up of the meeting room and basic troubleshooting;
  • Manage the Visitors’ Management System at the Network Hub, handle queries and feedback from the public in a professional and timely manner;
  • Promptly attend to members’ and guests’ enquiries or feedback;
  • Provide immediate service recoveries for lapses in services;
  • Assist in promotional activities at the retail mall e.g. carpark redemptions, gift redemptions, vouchers redemption & purchase, etc;
  • Support the admin & operations of the NWH pantry, stock take, oversee maintenance, cleaning of NWH;
  • Any other duties assigned
Requirements
  • Minimum O-level with credits in English
  • Minimum 3 years of customer service experience in the hotel, airline, tourism, real estate or related industries
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
