What You Will Do

1. Design compelling, original characters that align with the game’s artistic direction and narrative.
2. Own the character design pipeline—from initial sketches to final model sheets (turnarounds, expressions, costumes)—ensuring production‑ready quality.
3. Collaborate with 3D modelers, animators, and other teams to ensure faithful representation of characters in‑game.

What You Will Need

1. Strong artistic sense with a keen eye for modern fashion, silhouette, and visual storytelling.
2. Self‑driven learner with excellent teamwork and communication skills.
3. Passion for gaming and familiarity with industry trends; experience playing miHoYo titles is a plus.
