Roles and Responsibilities

• Analyse and improve IT application systems and processes to optimize performance and efficiency.
• Manage application change requests and assist in project management to ensure seamless implementation.
• Develop, configure, and test AX functions, web services, and interfaces between application systems, including coding and algorithm development.
• Customize and configure workflow to facilitate ERP integration with other applications, ensuring smooth data exchange.
• Troubleshoot user problems and needs, identifying root causes and determining possible solutions to resolve issues.
• Provide ongoing support and enhancements for Microsoft Dynamics AX, Metabase BI, and mobile interface applications, collaborating with users to implement changes and improvements.

Education and Work Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Computer Science or a related IT discipline, with a minimum of 2 years of hands‑on experience in designing, implementing, supporting, and administering ERP solutions on Microsoft Dynamics AX (version 2012 and above).
• Strong understanding of SQL Server and associated reporting services; experience with X++ and .NET development is a plus.
