COMPOUNDER

Advanced Flavors & Fragrances | Singapore

We create flavors and ingredient solutions for F&B manufacturers across Southeast Asia. You'll work in our lab executing formulations with precision, maintaining documentation standards, and supporting production of flavor compounds, functional ingredients, and custom blends for beverages, confectionery, and savory applications.

What You'll Do:

Compound flavors and ingredient solutions from approved formulations to exact specifications, working with natural extracts, synthetic aroma compounds, and functional ingredients. Weigh and measure ingredients to 0.01g accuracy, and maintain real-time batch documentation. Conduct quality checks including pH, specific gravity, and color matching. Prepare customer samples with proper labeling. Clean and maintain equipment between batches to prevent cross-contamination. Follow SOPs without deviation and flag any formulation issues to technical team.

Minimum GCE O-Levels, 1-3 years in flavor/fragrance compounding, food ingredients, chemical formulation, or regulated manufacturing environments. Meticulous with procedures and documentation.
