Job summary

Compagnie Financière Tradition is seeking a Singapore-based Compliance Officer to join the local team and ensure business operations meet regulatory and internal standards. The role reports to the Singapore Compliance Manager and collaborates with the APC regional team to manage day-to-day compliance tasks.

You will monitor regulatory developments, engage with regulators and exchanges, and deliver compliance training while supporting risk assessments and policy updates to foster a strong

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in business or finance field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in an interdealer broker, futures company, bank or trading house is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Team player with strong communication skills.
• Able to work independently on compliance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day compliance operations including onboarding and surveillance.
• Monitor regulatory developments and advise management on impacts.
• Engage with regulators, exchanges, and affiliates on compliance matters.
• Deliver compliance training to employees, including inductions.
• Participate in annual risk assessments and maintain control documentation.
• Promote strong compliance culture across front-office and support teams.
