Job Description
  • Provide regulatory compliance advisory across capital markets activities, ensuring alignment with regulatory rules, SFA requirements, AML/CFT obligations, and conduct standards.
  • Develop, implement, and enhance compliance policies, procedures, and internal controls to support business growth and new product initiatives.
  • Perform compliance risk assessments and recommend appropriate mitigation measures.
  • Lead and coordinate regulatory inspections, audits, and communications, ensuring timely follow-ups and effective remediation.
  • Support ongoing compliance monitoring, reporting, training, and governance forums across the organisation.
The Successful Applicant
  • At least 5 years of compliance experience within a CMS-licensed environment.
  • Strong knowledge of MAS regulations, particularly SFA/SFR and AML/CFT frameworks.
  • Experience handling regulatory reviews or inspections.
