Job summary

Job description
The Role

My client is a global Wealth and HNW firm and we are looking for a Compliance candidate in Singapore. As Compliance Manager, you will oversee the firm’s compliance framework, ensuring robust controls that meet regulatory requirements and best-practice standards for HNW operations.

Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive compliance program tailored to HNW client operations.
  • Monitor regulatory changes and ensure timely updates to policies, procedures, and controls.
  • Conduct AML/KYC reviews, enhanced due diligence, and periodic client risk assessments.
  • Oversee compliance audits, reporting, and internal training programs.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for regulators, auditors, and external partners.
  • Investigate and resolve compliance issues, breaches, or concerns.
  • Support onboarding of complex client structures, trusts, investment vehicles, and cross-border arrangements.
  • Produce regular compliance and risk management reports for senior leadership.
Requirements
  • Proven experience (5+ years preferred) in compliance within wealth management, private banking, a family office, investment management, or similar HNW-focused environment.
  • Strong knowledge of AML/CTF regulations, KYC requirements, and international compliance standards.
  • Ability to interpret and apply regulatory guidance across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, analytical thinking, and risk awareness.
