Job Description
  1. Maintenance and on-going review of Bank-wide Business Continuity Management and Outsourcing policies, procedures, standards, guidelines, methodology and related work plans;
  2. Coordinate periodic review of Bank-wide Business Impact Analysis and Business Continuity Plan and Exercise.
  3. Guide and monitor the various departments to maintain and review of respective department BIA/BCP/DR and conduct BCP exercise as the second line of defences.
  4. Assessing the implementation of outsourcing related policies.
  5. Taking the lead in organizing the Outsourcing Risk Review Panel to carry out outsourcing risk review for outsourcing arrangements of the Bank.
  6. Coordination of meeting, follow up action and reporting to the Bank's Operational and Technology Risk Committee Chairperson/Senior Management on Business Continuity Management and Outsourcing.
  7. Other BAU work: Branch wide training, Advisory, Head Office and MAS reporting; and
  8. Any other matters as instructed by Supervisor(s)/Line Manager(s).
Job Requirements
  1. At least 3 years of Operational Risk Management / Business Continuity Management/ Outsourcing related working experience.
  2. University Degree Holder.
  3. Professional Certification would be advantageous.
  4. Familiar and possess in-depth understanding of the Operational Risk Management/ Business Continuity Management/ Outsourcing MAS requirements on relevant incident reporting, notices, guidelines in banking industry. Familiar with banking products.
  5. Able to work independently and work effectively with various stakeholders. Strong attention to detail, analytical, and possess statistical skills. Dedicated and excellent multitasking skills. Excellent team work.
  6. Good written and spoken communication skills in English and Chinese, as the role requires frequent communication with Head Office in China.
