Credence Consulting, a leading consulting firm in Singapore, is seeking an exceptional Compliance Manager to join our dynamic team. As Compliance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the company’s operations adhere to all relevant laws, regulations and internal policies. This full-time position offers the opportunity to contribute to the strategic direction and growth of our organization.

What you’ll be doing
  • Developing, implementing and continuously improving the company’s compliance framework and policies
  • Monitoring and reporting on the organization’s compliance with applicable laws, regulations and industry standards
  • Conducting risk assessments and providing recommendations to mitigate identified compliance risks
  • Delivering compliance training and guidance to employees across the organization
  • Liaising with regulatory authorities and external auditors to ensure the company maintains a strong compliance standing
  • Keeping abreast of changes in the regulatory landscape and advising the business on the implications
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to embed a culture of compliance and ethical behaviour
What we’re looking for
  • A degree in Law, Accounting, Finance or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a compliance or risk management role, preferably within the financial services industry
  • In-depth knowledge of compliance regulations and best practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate compliance risks
  • Detail‑oriented and able to work under tight timelines
  • Supervisory or managerial experience preferred
  • Candidates with the ability to speak and read Chinese will have an advantage due to business needs
