The role reports to senior management and focuses on strategic regulatory guidance, licensing obligations, and fostering a culture of compliance while supporting growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will have 5–10 years of compliance and/or legal experience, strong MAS/SFC knowledge, AML/KYC expertise, and excellent stakeholder management with

Qualificações

• 5–10 years of compliance and/or legal experience, preferably within regulated financial services
• Strong knowledge of MAS/SFC regulations, AML/CFT requirements, KYC processes, and sanctions compliance
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills
• Commercially minded with the ability to balance regulatory expectations with business objectives

Responsabilidades

• Develop and strengthen the firm's compliance framework and controls across Singapore and Hong Kong.
• Lead regulatory guidance, licensing obligations, and regulatory filings.
• Provide compliance advisory on business initiatives, fund documentation, marketing materials, and internal policies.
• Oversee AML/CFT, KYC, sanctions screening, and periodic compliance reviews.
• Manage regulatory examinations, audits, and regulatory communications.
• Deliver compliance training and prepare reports for senior management and boards.
