Job summary

Sing Investments & Finance Limited is seeking a Compliance Intern to support transaction reviews, name screening, and customer due diligence for retail deposits and borrowers in Singapore.

You will assist in AML projects and UAT testing while documenting processes; a Polytechnic or tertiary education, good Word/Excel skills, and strong writing abilities are required, with a commitment from November 2026 to February 2027.

Qualifications

• Polytechnic or tertiary education background.
• Strong written communication and documentation skills.
• Good command of Word and Excel, with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform transaction reviews by extracting, analysing, and documenting details.
• Review and resolve name screening alerts in Artemis.
• Review third-party name screening alerts within SLAs.
• Conduct periodic customer due diligence reviews for deposits and borrower accounts.
• Assist in test cases and UAT for AML/compliance projects.

Responsibilities

• Perform transaction reviews by extracting, analysing, and documenting the required details in the review.
• Perform review and resolution of name screening alerts in Artemis
• Review and resolve third-party name screening alerts within established SLAs
• Conduct periodic customer due diligence reviews for individual retail deposit and borrower accounts
• Assist in test cases and in the UAT for projects and other AML and Compliance assignments as and when required.

Requirements

• Polytechnic or tertiary education.
• Good word and excel skills.
• Good writing/documentation and communication skills
• Meticulous, organised and able to meet tight deadlines
• Independent and able to work in a team.

*Candidates would need to be committed from Nov 2026 to Feb 2027.
