• Regulation Guardian: Help the company stay aligned with key laws like the Private Security Industry Act and Employment Act
• Policy Pro: Draft and maintain internal policies that keep everyone marching in the right direction
• Trusted Advisor: Offer practical compliance guidance to departments when they need it most
• Audit Ace: Support and coordinate external audits such as ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 14064 and RBA standards
• Sustainability Driver: Champion ESG reporting and initiatives that support a greener future
• Partner with the Pros: Work closely with auditors and regulators
• Grant Supporter: Assist in managing grant applications and requirements with relevant agencies

Who You Are (Your Super Strengths!)
You bring knowledge, initiative, and a passion for doing the right thing:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
• 1–5 years of experience in compliance, legal, audit, or similar roles
• Experience with SACE is advantageous
• Familiar with ISO standards? That’s a plus
• Love sustainability and ESG topics? Even better
• Detail-oriented, organised, and able to balance risk with practical needs
• Good communicator who builds trust and alignment
• Proactive, adaptable, and not afraid to raise ideas that make us better
