A technology firm in Singapore is seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to join their Engineering and Compliance team. You will be responsible for coordinating compliance documentation, managing databases, and assisting with regulatory submissions. Ideal candidates possess a diploma and 1–2 years of relevant experience, with strong skills in Microsoft Office and fluency in English and Chinese.

This role is ideal for someone who’s detail-oriented, organized, and enjoys working with cross‑functional teams to maintain compliance throughout the product lifecycle.
Coordinate and track compliance documentation, test reports, and certifications.
Maintain compliance databases and logs for product safety, environmental, and quality certifications (e.g., CE, UL, FCC, RoHS, REACH).
Assist with submission packages and applications to regulatory bodies or certification agencies.
Manage document control, version tracking, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Track renewal and audit deadlines, providing timely reminders.
Liaise with external labs, agencies, and suppliers on documentation or testing needs.
Diploma in Business, Engineering, Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
1–2 years of experience in administrative, compliance, or office support roles.
Strong organizational and data management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and database systems.
Fluent in both English and Chineseto be able to interpret and communicate technical terms with Chinese speaking associates.
