Job description
Job Title: Compliance and Risk Office Specialist (3 months contract)

Salary: Up to $6,500 per month

Location: Labrador Park

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Thursday: 8.30am – 5.15pm
  • Friday: 8.30am – 5.30pm
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in diving transformation programme to deliver efficiency gains. Assist in diving the design and implementation of new workflows, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and Prudential policies
  • Coordinate the automation of CRO Office processes, including the identification of suitable workflows for offshoring. Manage transition plans, stakeholder communications, and risk assessments associated with offshoring
  • Prepare management presentations to communicate transformation progress, project milestones, and key outcomes to senior leadership and governance forums
  • Assist to coordinate key projects and initiatives within the CRO division, including ad-hoc tasks as directed by senior leadership
  • Collaborate with Data Analytics and Technology teams to leverage digital tools and data-driven insights for process optimisation and automation
  • Provide assistance in planning and execution of divisional events, budgeting cycles, and staff promotion ranking exercises, ensuring transparency, fairness, and compliance with internal policies
  • Coordinate key CRO projects and initiatives
  • Assist as point of contact between CRO Division and Data Analytics and Information Technology on new initiatives to drive data-driven insights and automation
  • Undertake ad-hoc tasks, projects or reviews as directed by Head of CRO Office/Head of Compliance/Chief Risk Officer
  • Work closely with all departments to guide and exercise strong oversight on PACS risk register, incident reporting, process gaps and controls analysis, and validation checks on user-developed financial modelling
  • Support the annual scenario analysis exercise and risk appetite testing
  • Promote awareness of operational risk management in PACS
Requirements
  • Degree holder; project management or Power BI certification is an advantage, with strong command of English
  • Hands‑on experience in data visualization (preferably Microsoft Power BI) and familiarity with analytics or project management tools
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills across various seniority levels
  • Experience in managing projects involving automation, innovation, offshoring, or process re‑engineering
