Qualifications

• Good communication skills both verbal and written with ability to interact comfortably with a variety of stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Report to Head of Compliance.
• Assist in monitoring and ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Support the development and implementation of compliance and AML program and initiatives.
• Conduct research and analysis to identify potential compliance risks.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
• Assist in AML / CFT name screening on a daily basis in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with relevant departments / personnel to resolve any name screening issues including system issues.
• Assist in the preparation of AML / CFT name screening statistics and reporting.
• Assist in the preparation of training and guidance materials relating to name screening.
• Undertake any other additional tasks and responsibilities assigned by department head.
