Job summary

Mindrift is building competitive-programming problems and their automatic graders to train advanced AI coding models. You will create problems, write both correct and deliberately-wrong solutions, and design tough test cases that catch subtly-broken code.

You\'ll build and harden test cases, write checkers, and verify that correct solutions pass while broken ones fail. A strong CP background, fluent contest C++, Python, and clear English are essential.

Qualifications

• Public CP profile with rating or IOI/ICPC result.
• Fluent contest C++ (STL) and comfortable Python.
• Ability to explain why a solution is wrong and build inputs that break it.
• Strong written English (C1+).

Responsibilities

• Write original problems with clear statements and sound solutions.
• Write correct solutions in C++ and Python.
• Create realistic wrong solutions to test against.
• Build and harden test cases, generators, edge cases, stress tests.
• Write checkers/interactors (Testlib) for multi-solution problems.
• Ensure the quality bar: correct solutions pass, wrong ones fail.
