The ideal candidate will conduct salary benchmarking and enhancements to employee benefits, along with engaging staff in wellness activities. Responsibilities

  • HR stats reporting – recruitment, turnover, budget vs actual staff costs, leaves analysis.
  • Annual increment and bonus process.
  • Budgeting process.
  • Salary benchmarking proactively and reactively.
  • Benefits benchmarking including yearly medical insurance negotiations.
  • Reviewing existing C&B and recommending enhancements.
  • C&B onboarding for new joiners.
  • Running staff surveys and focus group surveys on C&B related topics.
  • Running staff engagement activities surrounding wellness.
