Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle annual salary review and bonus process
• Manage manpower budgeting with Finance
• Prepare HR reports (recruitment, turnover, staff costs, leave)
• Conduct salary and benefits benchmarking, including medical insurance negotiations
• Review and improve C&B policies
• Onboard new employees’ compensation and benefits
• Run staff surveys and engagement/wellness activities
• Ensure compensation practices comply with legislation
• Maintain HRIS records for leave and benefits
• Conduct market research on salary and benefits trends

Requirements:

• Degree and with minimum 3 years in Compensation & Benefits, with experience in salary reviews and annual budgeting
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Detail-oriented and passionate about C&B
