Oracle Consulting is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Payroll Senior/Principal Consultant to lead the delivery of end-to-end Payroll implementations. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in Singapore Payroll legislation, strong analytical ability, and proven experience guiding clients through complex HR and payroll transformations.

What You'll Do
  • Lead and deliver full-cycle Oracle Fusion Cloud Payroll implementations, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and go-live.
  • Interpret and apply Singapore Payroll legislation (CPF, IRAS, SHG Funds, SDL, leave mandates, statutory submissions) to ensure compliance.
  • Conduct fitgap analysis, solution workshops, and prepare functional specifications.
  • Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, reports, fast formulas, and data migration.
  • Drive testing cycles (SIT, UAT) and support clients through issue resolution and deployment.
  • Provide post-production support, enhancements, and knowledge transfer to users.
  • Mentor junior consultants and support internal capability development.
  • Maintain strong communication with stakeholders to ensure smooth and successful project delivery.
What You'll Need
  • 8 to 15 years of hands‑on experience in Oracle Fusion Payroll implementations or equivalent Payroll Software.
  • Oracle Fusion Payroll implementations experience or functional module knowledge is preferred.
  • Successfully delivered at least 3 end‑to‑end Payroll implementations (preferably Singapore).
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills, with strong problem‑solving ability.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Exposure to multi‑country payroll implementations or collaboration with Oracle product development is a plus.
  • Ability to lead client engagements and manage multiple workstreams independently.
