Job summary

Temasek is a global investment company with a Singapore headquarters, guiding community stewardship. Reporting to the Director/Vice President, Community Stewardship, you will support strategy, programme delivery, and stakeholder engagement.

Conceptualising, evaluating and implementing programmes across workforce development, education, social inclusion, sustainability and resilience will be central, along with building data tools and measuring impact for Singapore and international contributions.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in business management and analytics, social sciences, sociology, public policy, communications - or a related field. Cross-disciplinary backgrounds are welcome.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure information.
• Adaptable to a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the flexibility to manage shifting priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills base.
• A collaborative team player who is proactive, takes ownership, and is quick to pick up new tools and skills.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualising, evaluating, and implementing programmes across a wide thematic range, spanning workforce development, education, social inclusion, sustainability and community resilience.
• Running research sprints on subjects shaping the future of corporate philanthropy and community impact, such as innovative financing mechanisms, impact measurement and strategic giving.
• Deepening engagement with partners and stakeholders across the ecosystem, including delivering community networking events and curating the team's Spotlight on Philanthropy circular.
• Sharpening knowledge management - building and maintaining the data tools that track our engagements and our Singapore and international contributions.
• Strengthening how we measure and articulate impact - working with programme data to evaluate outcomes and communicating impact achieved through our contributions.
