Work Arrangement

Location: Novena
Employment Type: 6 months contract
Salary range: $3,000 - $3,300

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist respondents in completing surveys online or through manual collection methods.
  • Accurately enter collected data into the system and ensure data integrity.
  • Conduct field visits for respondents who cannot be reached via phone.
  • Update call outcomes and survey progress daily using assigned tools (e.g., Excel).
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve survey completion targets.
  • Handle respondent objections professionally and encourage participation.
  • Prepare accurate daily reports on productivity and survey completion.
  • Review and correct ("clean") survey data flagged for errors or ambiguities.
  • Maintain detailed case notes for each respondent to support follow-up actions.
  • Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and provide valid reasons for any deviations.
  • Meet established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma qualification in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Customer Service Experience: At least 1–2 years in a customer-facing role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
