Job summary

A reputable telecommunications company in Singapore is seeking a Community Operations Manager to act as a liaison between staff and the company. The role involves addressing concerns, managing operations, coordinating training, and resolving conflicts within the community. Candidates should have 2–3 years of relevant experience. This position offers a 2-year contract with a salary of up to $5500 per month.

Qualifications

  • Min 2 – 3 years of relevant experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Be a strong liaison between the staff and the company.
  • Build relationships with the staff and address concerns.
  • Maintain expenses and service records.
  • Assist in conducting and coordinating training.
  • Work with Managing Agent and contractors to resolve issues.
  • Manage corporate mail.
  • Coordinate vending machine replenishment.
  • Assist in project management and implementation.
  • Address and resolve conflicts within the community.
  • Manage facility feedback platform and coordinate resolutions.
  • Coordinate with Security Manager on events.

Location: North-East

Duration: 2 years contract (subject to extension/conversion)

Working Hours: Mon – Fri, office hours

Salary: Up to $5500 per month (based on experience)

Job Description
  • Be a strong liaison between the staff and the company
  • Build relationships with the staff and address all concerns in a timely manner
  • Maintain expenses and service records
  • Assist in conducting and coordinating training, drills/exercises (TTX/GDX) with relevant departments and external stakeholders eg Police, SCDF, IMDA etc
  • Work with Managing Agent and company's appointed contractors in resolving operational issues
  • Manage corporate mail
  • Manage and coordinate arrangement for vending machine replenishment and payment matters
  • Assist in project management and implementation particularly in ensuring stakeholders are informed and updated
  • Address and resolve conflicts or issues within the community in a diplomatic manner
  • Manage and monitor facility feedback platform and coordinate with Managing Agent on the resolution
  • Coordinate with Security Manager on events arrangement and vendor arrival
  • Attend to users’ feedback and ensure proper closure of tickets and documentation
