Responsibilities

• Conduct house visits to understand members’ needs and identify suitable community resources.
• Match members to volunteers, schools, training programmes or employment opportunities.
• Provide basic psychosocial support, counselling experience is a bonus.
• Maintain and upgrade our organisation’s toolkit and resources.
• Maintain the organisation’s website and social media platforms.
• Assist in creating content that strengthens visibility and engagement.
• Manage enquiries from members of the community with professionalism and warmth.
• Support fundraising initiatives, including donor engagement and campaign execution.
• Maintain and update the donations platform.
• Assist in the planning and delivery of organisational events.
• Handle administrative duties as required to ensure smooth operations.
