Community Engagement Event Assistant Manager (12 Months, subjected to renewal)
  • Tentative Start Date: Jan/Feb 26, 12-Month Contract (subject to renewal)
  • Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays, office hours
Key Responsibilities
  • Commercial Event Planning and Sales Management:
    • Assist in planning and executing commercial events to drive revenue and meet financial objectives.
    • Coordinate ticket sales processes and manage event space bookings.
    • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote events and maximize attendance.
    • Monitor sales performance and prepare sales reports.
  • Stakeholder Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, partners, and sponsors.
    • Engage with industry partners, sponsors, and vendors to explore collaboration opportunities.
    • Support contract negotiations and partnership agreements.
  • Property and Tenant Management Support:
    • Assist in retail leasing activities and tenant communications.
    • Coordinate maintenance and facility-related requests with vendors.
    • Monitor tenant compliance with lease agreements and company policies.
  • Community Event Organisation and Volunteer Coordination:
    • Plan and manage community engagement events.
    • Organize logistics for community events, including venue, catering, and materials.
    • Recruit, train, and coordinate volunteers to support event execution.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in sales, partnerships, property management, or community engagement.
