Community Engagement Event Assistant Manager (12 Months, subjected to renewal)
- Tentative Start Date: Jan/Feb 26, 12-Month Contract (subject to renewal)
- Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays, office hours
Key Responsibilities
- Commercial Event Planning and Sales Management:
- Assist in planning and executing commercial events to drive revenue and meet financial objectives.
- Coordinate ticket sales processes and manage event space bookings.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote events and maximize attendance.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare sales reports.
- Stakeholder Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, partners, and sponsors.
- Engage with industry partners, sponsors, and vendors to explore collaboration opportunities.
- Support contract negotiations and partnership agreements.
- Property and Tenant Management Support:
- Assist in retail leasing activities and tenant communications.
- Coordinate maintenance and facility-related requests with vendors.
- Monitor tenant compliance with lease agreements and company policies.
- Community Event Organisation and Volunteer Coordination:
- Plan and manage community engagement events.
- Organize logistics for community events, including venue, catering, and materials.
- Recruit, train, and coordinate volunteers to support event execution.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in sales, partnerships, property management, or community engagement.
Skills
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency with CRM & Digital Tools eg. AI
