Job description
What you'll be doing
  • Lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of community health programmes within the assigned region

  • Develop project plans, manage budgets, allocate resources, track timelines, and ensure deliverables are met

  • Monitor and evaluate programme effectiveness, using data to drive continuous improvements in operations and service delivery

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including healthcare institutions, public agencies, and community partners, to coordinate initiatives and foster strong partnerships

  • Support operational planning for community health centres, ensuring smooth workflows, effective processes, and optimal service delivery

  • Pilot new programmes and processes, evaluate technology solutions, and recommend improvements for future initiatives

  • Manage feedback, address service concerns, and identify potential gaps to enhance care experience

  • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment

What we're looking for
  • Bachelor Degree level in Healthcare/ Public Health/ Business or related studies

  • 2 - 3 years of working experience in community health programmes/ project management/ operational roles within community health setting

  • Strong project management, planning, and organisational skills

  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and drive improvements

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
