Responsibilities

• Support clients’ activities of daily living (ADLs) in accordance with individual care needs.
• Assist nurses and therapists in routine care, including monitoring of vital signs.
• Support daily daycare programmes and prescribed therapeutic activities.
• Assist with feeding, personal hygiene, mobility, medication assistance, and simple wound care (under supervision).
• Monitor cognitive and behavioural changes and escalates concerns appropriately.
• Report adverse incidents, support investigations, and escalations feedback or complaints.
• Perform housekeeping, equipment cleaning, inventory support, and basic administrative duties.
• Comply with SOPs, infection control, safety standards, and confidentiality requirements.
• Work under supervision, commit to shift work, and uphold professional and ethical conduct.
• Participate in training, meetings, and organisational initiatives.
• Each staff member is responsible for recognising potential risks related to their role and for supporting Ren Ci Hospital’s efforts to manage those risks effectively.
