Job summary

National Parks Board (NParks) seeks candidates for the Community Animal Management Operations role within the AVS cluster in Singapore. You will join the First Responder team to address public feedback on pet and community animal issues, including inspections and enforcement, while coordinating efforts to promote animal well‑being and public health.

The role involves collaboration with stakeholders, weekend/evening duties, and contributing to community projects to strengthen humane animal care

Qualifications

• Area of studies in Veterinary Science, Biological Science, Zoology, Ecology, Life Science or related science discipline.
• Familiarity with administrative and enforcement procedures will be an advantage.
• Possesses good interpersonal, written and communication skills.
• Willing to work at weekends and after office hours.

Responsibilities

• You will address and manage public feedback on pet and community animal-related issues, including inspections and enforcement.
• You will also participate in community projects and coordinate work to promote animal well‑being, animal health and welfare, and at the same time, safeguard public safety and health.
