Job description

Key Highlights:

  • Be a part of impactful communication and engagement initiatives by contributing to meaningful content, managing events, with driving data-driven strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Design & Marketing:

  • Create engaging EDMs and other creative materials for various sessions (training, focus groups, etc.).
  • Craft compelling messages to drive participation in events.

Data Analysis & Management:

  • Gather, process, and analyze volunteer and stakeholder data to inform engagement strategies.
  • Make data-driven recommendations for future engagement efforts.

Events Management:

  • Oversee event publicity, invitations, logistics, and registrations for diverse engagement activities.
  • Assist with logistical coordination (food, venue, transportation, etc.) and liaise with vendors.

Administrative Support:

  • Provide general administrative support, including filing, payment records, and claims.
  • Assist in contract management and vendor coordination.
  • Support the division with other necessary tasks as required.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree and equivalent experience.
  • Strong skills in data processing, report writing, event coordination, graphic design, and administration.
  • Background or interest in design thinking is a plus.
