Job Description

The Role: Content & Design Specialist

This is a versatile, hands‑on role requiring a blend of technical editing skills, graphic design expertise, and independent content creation. The successful candidate will manage projects from concept to final delivery, ensuring all visual output aligns with client objectives and brand standards.

Key Responsibilities: Video Production

• Independent Video Creation: Conceptualize, film (where necessary), edit, and finalize engaging video content for various platforms (e.g., social media, YouTube, websites).

• Post‑Production Mastery: Perform high‑quality video editing, color correction, sound design, motion graphics, and special effects for both Gold Nugget Gang's promotional material and external client projects.

• Asset Management: Organize and maintain a clean library of video footage, project files, and finished assets.

• Creative Storytelling: Develop compelling video narratives that resonate with target audiences in the collectibles space and diverse client industries.

Key Responsibilities: Visual Design

• Digital Design: Create visually appealing and on‑brand assets for digital platforms, including social media posts, website banners, email newsletters, and online advertisements.

• Print Design: Design materials for print production, such as flyers, posters, packaging, event signage, and merchandise artwork.

• Branding & Identity: Support the development and application of visual brand guidelines for both Gold Nugget Gang and its clients.

• Project Variety: Manage a diverse workload encompassing branding, marketing collateral, and design needs for multiple internal and external projects.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Proven Experience: Demonstrated professional experience in video editing and visual/graphic design. A strong portfolio showcasing both video and design work is mandatory.

• Technical Proficiency: Expert knowledge of industry‑standard software, including the Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

• Independent Work Ethic: Highly capable of working independently and managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously, from initial brief to final output.

• Design Fundamentals: Strong understanding of design principles (typography, layout, color theory, hierarchy).

• Communication: Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, understand project briefs, and incorporate feedback.

• Adaptability: Ability to quickly adapt creative style and tone to suit different brands and client needs (e.g., shifting between collectible‑focused content and professional corporate design).
