VDL ENABLING TECHNOLOGIES GROUP (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a Commodity Sourcing Engineer to join the engineering and manufacturing team in Singapore. This full-time, permanent role requires hands-on procurement and supplier management across components and fabrication processes.

The ideal candidate has 3 years of relevant experience, excels in collaboration, and can drive cost-saving initiatives while maintaining quality in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3 years experience in commodity sourcing/procurement or related engineering environment.
• Executive level role with permanent, full-time status.

Responsibilities

• Manage commodity sourcing and supplier relationships.
• Oversee cable installations and machining/ sheet metal procurement.
• Lead purchasing, procurement, and drafting of parts.
• Support performance qualification and supply chain activities.
• Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure quality and cost targets.
