Job summary

STULZ SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to lead the commissioning process across various projects. The role involves managing the commissioning from inception through to operational turnover and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

The ideal candidate should have a diploma in Mechanical Engineering, along with 3 years of relevant experience in design or commissioning management, particularly in data centers. Strong interpersonal skills and technical understanding of Mechanical & Electrical plants are essential.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in design management or commissioning management, preferably in the data center fields.
• Knowledge in data centers, mission-critical design concepts, safety, and industry standards.
• Strong technical understanding of Mechanical & Electrical plants.

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Execution and leading the commissioning process across all projects.
• Management of commissioning process across various phases from start-up, designing, construction, acceptance, functional performance and systems testing to operational turnover.
• Conduct assessments of designs and projects to ensure that they meet the required specifications and standards within allotted timeline.
• Management of commissioning agents, contractors and suppliers and resolve any issues on site
• Providing strategic directions and leadership in all activities in the project closeout and the handover into its operational phases
• Providing a thorough and complete Commissioning Report for each project.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineer or related disciplines
• 3 years of experience in design management or commissioning management, preferably in the data center fields.
• Knowledge in data centers, mission critical design concepts, safety and industry standards
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to foster/manage relationships across multiple departments.
• Strong technical and practical understanding of Mechanical & Electrical plants and services that underpins the functioning of mission critical Data Centers environments.
