Job summary

Lifesesize Plans Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a motivated Interior Designer to join our client-facing team in Singapore. You will meet clients, translate their needs into design concepts, prepare proposals, and coordinate with contractors to realise renovation projects.

The role blends design and sales, with a full commission-based earning structure. You’ll manage multiple client projects, attend site visits, and ensure clear communication between clients and the project team, while building

• Able to translate client needs into practical design solutions.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Meet clients to understand lifestyle, requirements and budget.
• Develop interior design concepts and space planning based on clients' needs.
• Prepare design proposals, quotations, layouts and presentations.
• Present design ideas and renovation solutions to clients.
• Follow up with potential clients and convert leads into projects.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers and site teams.
• Attend site visits and monitor project progress when required.
• Ensure the design and agreed scope are properly communicated to the project team.
• Handle client enquiries and maintain good client relationships throughout the project.
• Keep track of project details, quotations, variations and relevant documentation.
