Handle day-to-day operations in the kitchen
Prepare food in accordance to customer orders
Maintain quality and presentation consistency of all food items
Ensure that all food items are handled and stored in accordance with hotel standards and health regulations
Ideal requirementsQualifications/certifications in Culinary Arts, Food & Beverage and/or relevant fields
Team player with good communication skills
