We are helping our client to look for a passionate and skilled Commis Chef with a culinary background to join our kitchen team. You will assist the Chef de Partie in food preparation, cooking, and ensuring smooth kitchen operations.

Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and standards.
Assist in cutting, cooking, and maintaining food presentation quality.
Ensure proper storage, handling, and rotation of ingredients.
Maintain kitchen hygiene and adhere to food safety standards.
Support the Chef de Partie in daily kitchen operations.
Culinary background with relevant experience.
Must possess a valid Food Hygiene Certificate.
Strong team player with attention to detail.
Willing to work in a fast‑paced kitchen environment.
