• Engage and advise commercial property loan customers on repricing packages to optimize their financing solutions.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with regulatory property financing guidelines.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell other banking products to existing clients.
• Handle customer queries independently and professionally, maintaining high levels of service and product knowledge.
• Contribute to process improvements and collaborate with internal teams to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
• Participate in on-the-job training to gain comprehensive understanding of banking policies, procedures, and guidelines.
