This role is scoped focused on getting our Operations right. You will be working closely with the Telco+ COO to convert Telco+ strategy into frictionless operations

What will you do
  • Work closely and steward NCS’ Finance, Sales Ops, Business Ops on the following operations matters: Division Budgets, Bid Process, New Sales Meeting Discipline and Compliance, Sales & Revenue Forecasts, Check on Delivery status & quality, Business Review Meetings (watchlist and adjustment of EAC), Financial Performance Monitoring (including cost of operations, presales cost, receivables, collections), Key Hiring Matters
  • Leverage and apply dashboards and tools to improve timeliness, effectiveness and accuracy of data
  • Implement new systems and dashboards where necessary, esp to promote early intervention.
  • Structure an approach for consistency and regularity.
  • Develop action plans, early triggers (pre-emptive) and close follow-ups on action points
  • Automate, automate, automate
  • Publish regular intelligent consolidated summary of key messaging and action items (Telco+ Observability Platform)
  • Establish clear and concise reporting for optimal visibility
The ideal candidate should possess
  • Solid understanding of company financials, levers and triggers.
  • At least 10 years in operations support, project management, or executive assistance.
  • Strong analytical, sharp with numbers, good organisational and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with technology services, process improvement or digital transformation.
  • Proactive, resourceful and able to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent stakeholder management.
  • Integrity, professionalism, and discretion working with company confidential information.
  • Consultative, assertive, coaching and team-oriented mindset
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations, or related discipline.
