Our client is looking for an excellent Commercial Leasing Executive/Senior Executive. This position offers the chance to gain comprehensive business exposure and high visibility by playing a key role on the Commercial Leasing team. You will drive leasing activities and implement portfolio strategies, collaborating in a dynamic setting with brokers and internal teams to achieve targets within an excellent market.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to leasing inquiries and work closely with colleagues to design and deliver tailored workspace solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong rapport with tenants and property agents to understand their needs and enhance satisfaction.
  • Offer end‑to‑end assistance to Leasing Managers throughout the transaction journey.
  • Help shape strategic leasing initiatives and craft customized promotional content.
  • Oversee the full leasing cycle—from initial engagement to signed agreements.
  • Address tenant concerns efficiently by coordinating with internal departments to ensure prompt resolutions.
  • Expand professional connections within the tenant and real estate community.
  • Prepare regular financial reports, income projections, and budget forecasts related to leasing activities.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in commercial leasing or property management.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication, persuasive negotiation, and impactful presentation abilities.
  • Energetic team contributor with a solution‑oriented mindset and a cooperative spirit.
  • Deep knowledge of market trends and sound commercial acumen.
  • Real Estate Salesperson (RES) CEA license.
