Job summary

A leading equipment service company in Singapore is looking for a Field Service Technician to manage on-site installations and repairs of commercial kitchen equipment. Responsibilities include diagnosing technical problems, training customers, and producing detailed service reports. Ideal candidates must be able to work independently in a fast-paced kitchen environment and possess strong troubleshooting skills. A Class 3 driving license is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage on-site installation, repairs, maintenance and test tasks for commercial kitchen equipments.
• Diagnose errors on technical problems and determine proper solutions.
• Produce training to customers on product usage and maintenance.
• Build positive relationships with customers by providing outstanding services.
• Produce detailed service report.
