Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in commercial interior fit-out or renovation preferred.
• Able to read basic construction drawings.
• Familiarity with local authority requirements is an advantage.
• Willingness to be site-based and hands-on.
• Good coordination and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager in managing commercial interior fit-out projects.
• Coordinate site works with contractors, suppliers, and sub-contractors.
• Monitor site progress and workmanship quality.
• Attend site meetings and prepare progress updates.
• Assist in checking drawings, measurements, and variation works.
• Support preparation and submission of permits and approvals.
• Coordinate inspections, testing, and handover works.
• Assist in defect rectification and project close-out.
