Job summary

Azure Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a skilled interior design visualization specialist to deliver high-quality 3D models and renderings for commercial interior fit-out projects. You will collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to develop design concepts and manage presentation materials.

Proficiency in SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Photoshop, AutoCAD, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is required, with 2–5 years of experience.

Qualifications

• Interior design qualification required.
• 2–5 years of experience in commercial interior fit-out projects.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Excel and Word for project documentation.
• Proficient in 3D Max, SketchUp, Photoshop and PowerPoint for visuals.
• Independent, mature and self-motivated work approach.
• Strong organizational, communication and teamwork skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Use SketchUp, 3ds Max and V-Ray to create high-quality 3D models and renderings for commercial interior projects.
• Apply Photoshop to enhance images and post-production for presentation materials.
• Implement rendering workflows including lighting, material mapping and visual composition for presentation renders.
• Assist project teams in space planning and preparing construction drawings to support project execution.
• Develop and execute design initiatives as directed by the project team to meet client requirements.
• Manage all design-related matters and maintain accurate project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Communicate effectively with clients, contractors and suppliers to ensure project alignment and progress.
• Conduct site inspections and coordinate site activities to support project delivery.
• Adhere to design presentation schedules and project timelines to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
