A leading, innovation-driven shipowner is seeking a Commercial Executive to support vessel Sale & Purchase (S&P) and newbuilding activities. You’ll coordinate multi-stakeholder transactions, ensure documentation accuracy, and drive smooth commercial execution in a fast-paced global environment.

What you’ll do:

• Prepare and analyse reports on selected tonnage to support commercial decision-making.
• Coordinate delivery documentation and processes for vessel S&P to ensure smooth execution and compliance.
• Support S&P negotiations and newbuilding projects, liaising with brokers, principals, and external partners.
• Track and manage newbuilding instalment payments against contractual milestones.
• Take on ad-hoc commercial tasks as assigned.

What you’ll bring:

• Bachelor’s in Maritime Studies / Business / Finance (or related field).
• ~1–2 years’ experience across the shipping / maritime industry.
• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with financial modelling.
• Clear written and spoken English, with strong coordination and communication skills.
