Job summary

A prominent staffing services company in Singapore is seeking a Commercial Excellence Manager to lead CRM implementation and optimize sales processes. The ideal candidate has a degree in Business or related fields, and 3–5 years of experience in commercial excellence or sales operations, particularly in the pharmaceutical or medical sectors. Strong expertise in Sales Force CRM and excellent communication skills are essential. This role includes 1 day of work from home per week.

  • Prior regional experience in Southeast Asia preferred.

Commercial Excellence Manager (Implementation Specialist)

Job Descriptions

  • Lead CRM & Digital Enablement: Implement and manage CRM systems, build dashboards, and ensure adoption.

  • Optimize Sales Processes: Standardize workflows, segmentation, and coverage strategies.

  • Deliver Insights: Analyze data to identify growth opportunities and performance gaps.

  • Develop Sales Capabilities: Design training programs and measure impact.

  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Supply Chain, and Finance to align strategies.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Marketing, or a related discipline.

  • 3–5 years of experience in commercial excellence, sales operations, or business analytics within the pharmaceutical, medical device, or medical aesthetics industry.

  • Hands‑on expertise in Sales Force CRM (implementation, configuration, reporting, and user management).

  • Good analytical ability to convert data into actionable insights for strategic decisions.

  • Solid understanding of sales processes, customer segmentation, targeting strategies, and multi‑channel engagement.

  • Exceptional communication, training, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Comfortable working across multiple countries, cultures, and diverse market environments.

  • Prior regional experience in Southeast Asia.
