A multinational healthcare company in Singapore is seeking a Manager, Commercial Effectiveness and Channel Manager to lead channel strategy and execution across distributor markets. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales and marketing experience in the healthcare industry, particularly in diagnostics and medical devices. Responsibilities include optimizing distributor contracts and managing strategic projects, requiring strong project management and communication skills.

The Manager, Commercial Effectiveness and Channel Manager position in AMD APAC is tasked with the responsibility of driving channel strategy and sales across the region (distributor markets), supporting Customer Account Management, Sales force excellence and, delivering integrated business insights by coordinating data/insights from IBP/pricing/salesforce/account mgmt. as well as managing strategic projects (e.g., end-of-life project mgmt., product portfolio and Alinity m project management)
Major Responsibilities:
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree with MBA preferred
Experience in commercial Sales/Marketing experience, within healthcare - diagnostics/medical devices/pharma industry
Distributor/ channel partner management experience required
Contract management experience, including detailed documentation, is must
Knowledge and working experience of SEA countries such as Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia.
Comfortable with advanced Excel, Analytics experience (PowerBI, Salesforce) is advantageous
Strong project management skills
Strong communication, negotiation, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
