Job description
Job Responsibilities
  • Responsible to gain insights into the customer service needs of the commercial market, competitive information from business partners, and proficient in service solution to support and development strategies for commercial market partners: including partner delivery and maintenance support, service partner enablement, partner inventory management, ASC partner layout planning, etc. while have a deep understanding of project delivery background and capabilities, and master customer success management methods.
  • Conduct regular business benchmarking with key partners, jointly develop customized service solutions and take responsibility for the solution competitiveness and service consistency through project strategy development, bidding, and negotiation, develop and implement the fulfilment & delivery strategies, mitigate fulfilment risks.
  • Plan, manage and maintain the voices of key customers and partners in the commercial market, and responsible for customer fulfilment satisfaction through service circle, and build long-term partnership;
  • Able to design service solutions that meet the needs of the commercial market with partners, identify service opportunities, and collaborate with partners on inventory management through the implementation of partner enablement and incentive measures.
  • Able to understand the delivery characteristics and requirements of multiple industries, and summarize the delivery characteristics. Can act a PD and fulfil mid-complexity projects delivery, and be able to take charge of the planning and operation under complex or multinational scenarios of several types of industry O&M services.
  • Make and execute the Key-account customer service strategy. Develop targeted customer service strategies based on local business situations and customer requirements to ensure that the service strategies for Key-account customer can reach consensus within and around the team and build an ecosystem that matches industry service strategies.
  • Able to align with customers' strategies and organizations, and build high-performance service teams Integrate mainstream quality ecosystem resources (such as certified service provider / sub-contractor), including building service ecosystems for resources of Huawei’s partners, and channels.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree either in computer science, business administration, engineering or a related discipline with an ICT focus;
  • Minimum 8 years of working experience in delivery and, with a preference for experience in leading or managing a delivery & service team.
  • Preferable with post-sales experience in Commercial & Distribution in FSI, Government, Telecommunication sectors.
  • Internal and external communication and influence: able to communicate with the corresponding level of customers, and influence decision-making.
  • Self-initiative to take the responsibility of task and learn new products/technologies
  • The candidate shall be adaptable and flexible to tasks or job scope being assigned.
  • Internal training on product knowledge and on-the-job training will be provided.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is essential to ensure effective communication with the Chinese-speaking stakeholders, including head office, business counterparts, and customers based in China.
