Job summary

A global Pharmaceutical Manufacturing company is seeking a Commercial Business Support - Marketing & Sales in Singapore. The role involves preparing sales reports, coordinating with distributors, and handling administrative duties. Candidates should have a minimum diploma in Business Administration/Marketing and at least 4 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, along with knowledge of SAP and Power BI, is advantageous.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of NITEC/Diploma in Business Administration/Marketing studies or equivalent.
  • At least 4 years of relevant working experience in sales and marketing support.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of SAP, Power BI is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare weekly sales reports and CRM updates.
  • Coordinate with distributors on pricing and orders.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and transactions.
  • Lead administration of sample management.
  • Handle procurement and invoice submission.
  • Prepare quotations, contracts, and tender documents.

Job description

Our client is a global Pharmaceutical Manufacturing industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for Commercial Business Support - Marketing & Sales, to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in Central.

Job Responsibilities
  • Prepare weekly sales reports, CRM updates, and support sales incentive calculations.
  • Coordinate with distributors on pricing, orders, tenders, returns, and sample requests.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and ensure transactions are properly documented.
  • Lead administration of sample management and update SOPs, QMS, and promotional materials.
  • Handle procurement and invoice submission for non-inventory items.
  • Prepare quotations, contracts, and tender documents; maintain organized records.
  • Support logistics and administration for sales and marketing events.
  • Assist customer programs and service requests by liaising with internal teams.
  • Arrange travel, meetings, and appointments; manage filing systems and documentation.
  • Perform general administrative duties including calls, visitor assistance, and ad-hoc support.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Minimum NITEC/Diploma in Business Administration/Marketing studies or equivalent.
  • Min 4 years’ relevant working experience in sales and marketing support setting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, SAP, Power BI would be advantageous.
