Qualifications

• Minimum degree in any discipline.
• Experience in banking operations will be an added advantage.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Proficient in MS Office applications especially Excel and Word.
• Communicate well and work effectively with stakeholders.
• Good understanding of security documents (credit-related).

Responsibilities

• Issue and maintain records of Letters of Comfort.
• Track title deeds temporarily released to solicitors.
• Check and verify documents for acceptances and releases of securities.
• Ensure documents are properly authorized and released promptly.
• Maintain vault control for stored documents.
• Perform data input verification.
• Prepare reports for stock-takes.

Skills
