Job summary

ST Logistics Pte Ltd is looking for a Logistics Specialist - Warehouse and Cold Chain Management to handle general warehouse operations, deliveries, asset management and documentation. You may work in rotating shifts and handle heavy loads while ensuring safe and efficient handling of goods.

The role supports continuous improvement in warehouse operations, with emphasis on governance, risk assessment and adherence to 5S practices. Experience in SAP/WMS and MS Office is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of relevant working experience in warehouse operations.
• Must be able to lift heavy objects and stand for long hours.
• Fork Lift licence is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in value-based culture and a culture of accountability in the organisation.
• Adhere to governance, compliance issues and reporting processes.
• Adhere to data governance and protection processes.
• Work with allocated resources and apply operational policies, standards and procedures.
• Perform basic risk assessment and support incident or crisis management initiatives.
• Perform continuous improvement activities and apply environmental protection procedures.
• Perform WSH activities to ensure personal compliance and carry out risk assessments.
• Report WSH incidents and highlight shortcomings in existing processes.
• Assist in application of methods and techniques to handle dangerous goods and time/temperature-sensitive cargo.
• Perform cargo consolidation, transshipment and 5S compliance in warehouses.
• Identify operational shortfalls and maintenance needs.
• Basic knowledge of SAP/WMS and proficiency in MS Office; team player, able to work independently.
